After several days of trial and error, I built an AI workflow that lets me create practical, action-focused AI visibility reports for organisations.
The reports are not limited to universities and schools. I can create one for almost any organisation, in English or Dutch.

What the report covers
The process is not fully automated:
- First, I research the prompts to make sure we track questions that are relevant for your organisation.
- I then track the chosen prompts for 14 days using Rankshift.
- After that, AI analyses the answers, the sources they cite and the results of a website check to build the report.
- Finally, I manually review and edit the recommendations to make sure they are relevant and actionable for you.
