Most education marketing teams are juggling programmes, markets, channels and internal requests with a small group of people. Everyone is busy, but it is not always obvious what to do differently (or stop doing) to get on top of things.Â
I work with education providers to get more done with the people and resources you already have.
Often this starts with a digital student recruitment audit or a course or workshop. These can bring insight and a list of priorities.
Coaching is the part where I stay with you while your team turns these priorities into action. You get regular support, a realistic pace and a sounding board while you work on improving your marketing machine.
This type of support is useful if, for example:Â
- You’re working with marketing agencies, but they struggle to understand the nuances of (international) student recruitment.Â
- You have had audits, reports or big meetings before, know where you want to go, but you struggle to turn recommendations into day-to-day change.
- Your team is stretched and mostly reacting. Work gets done, but it feels like you’re always one step behind.Â

The setup is flexible, but typically simple.Â
We meet on a regular basis in an online session with you and key colleagues. I’ll be available on email in between (and I respond quickly), so you do not lose momentum. Each session ends with a short list of things to work on before we speak again.Â
When it helps, you invite people from other teams or an external agency to part of a session, so decisions do not get blocked elsewhere in the organisation. Â
It’s often helpful to kick off our collaboration with a workshop, training, audit (or a combination of those). But of course, that depends entirely on where you are now and what you want to achieve.
If you’d like to discuss how I can best support your organisation, it’s usually quickest to have a chat about it. You can pick a convenient time for a discovery call below.

There is no fixed package for this. You and I agree on an arrangement that fits your situation and capacity. It could be …
- A retainer-style coaching setup with a regularly recurring session and support in between.
- Project-based support for a few months around a revamp, AI rollout or other change.
- Or something entirely different!
The simplest way to get the ball rolling is to have a quick conversation. Book a quick call with me to ask me any question and explore how I can support you.
